The PBC TALAN Ltd was founded in 1998 as the fusion of The 4th Block Enterprise and several private enterprises.
Since that we have been designing, building and monitoring inspired industrial, commercial and admin environments.

Field Examination / Exploratory Probes: to determine Details of Original Construction, and Extent Of Deterioration
Correction Of Deficient, Damaged, or Deteriorated Structures, Identification of Deficiencies in Design, Workmanship, Materials, and Maintenance
Renovation, Modification and Construction Services, including Corrosion Protection of Metal Superstructures, Pipes, Multi-Functional Towers, Various Buildings and Constructions

Besides we design and produce some exclusive furniture pieces and sets, carry out interior design projects, including sculpturing.
